In my 9+ years at JRD, I’ve grown professionally while enjoying fulfilling work-life balance. Leading QA with a talented team, guided by Mr. Nagaraj Iyer, I gained US exposure and client recognition from 6–7 clients. As Senior QA Lead at JRD Systems, I enhanced quality, efficiency, and team capability through mentoring, reviews, automation workshops, and QA process improvements. Collaborating with analysts, developers, and product owners, I delivered zero production defects and gained strong client feedback. Leading the Appian team and contractors across time zones, I ensured communication, innovation, and continuous improvement, consistently meeting organizational and client goals.

Joining JRD Systems as an Appian developer a year ago has been a remarkable career choice. Within twelve months, I’ve led a full project end-to-end and worked with cross-functional teams, gaining rapid growth and broader skills. Since joining JRD Systems in 2015, I’ve grown into a Senior Lead QA, gaining global experience across India and the USA while working with leading clients and talented colleagues.
