With over 20 years of leadership, providing world-class IT and human capital management solutions, and building customized technical and staffing solutions to meet the needs of clients across various industries, Jai truly enjoys building and leading strong teams. His experience for leveraging passion, his commitment to excellence and his son, inspired him to start a non-profit organization, LifeLab Kids Foundation. This non-profit is dedicated to serving youth of all abilities.

Jai’s experience has taught him to go to work each day and make it productive, to be a team player and to be proactive towards your goals. “Everything else will fall into place.” Aside from work, Jai spends time with his family and he likes being active, running, functional training, skiing, and watching movies with the kids. When asked what his favorite quote is, he says “I am not a big quotes guy, but if I had to think of something…do the job, and then get the job.
