Glimpses of 2025
2025 was a year of measured progress at JRD Systems. We focused on strengthening our foundation, supporting our clients with care, and building momentum for the years ahead.

We delivered 10 successful projects across industries, spanning modernization, enterprise platforms, data, and analytics, with a consistent focus on responsibility, reliability, and long-term value.

The year highlighted how work was delivered. Technology teams partnered closely with Operations, HR, and enablement teams, strengthening coordination, processes, and shared ways of working while preserving a people-first culture.

Leadership alignment strengthened with Usha joining as Head of Strategic Initiatives & Global Alignment and Barry as Director of Client Success. We also expanded our footprint with new offices to better support clients across locations.

The year reaffirmed that progress is often quiet and seen in systems that work better, teams that collaborate naturally, and relationships that grow stronger over time.
Looking back, 2025 reinforced an important belief for us: progress is not always loud. Sometimes it shows up quietly: in systems that run better, teams that collaborate more naturally, and relationships that deepen over time.
Organizational Plan & Service Offerings
At the core of our progress was consistent execution through various engagements running in parallel. Teams worked across application development, modernization, data, analytics, QA, and platform support, which were supporting long-term programs rather than short-term wins.
Our client conversations focused on:
- Simplifying complex systems
- Improving visibility into data
- Ensuring platforms could support both current needs and future plans
Internally, these efforts were supported by strong cross-functional collaboration; our internal enablement teams ensured coordination, continuity, and quality.
Looking into 2026, our focus is on expanding our low-code and no-code capabilities, scaling teams to enable faster solution development and broader adoption across client engagements. AI-led initiative will advance and assist in creating intelligent, data-driven applications that enhance insights, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
We plan to evolve QA and testing through a 360-degree automation framework, integrating AI to improve test coverage, accuracy, and predictive defect detection. These efforts will be applied across industries, strengthening our foundational delivery while ensuring clients get advantage from innovation which is practical, reliable, and ready for the future.
Work That Created Impact
While delivery remained our core responsibility, 2025 also reminded us why we build technology at its core. Alongside client work, we continued investing in initiatives that reflect our belief that technology should create access and opportunity for all.
The Trove platform is a meaningful example of this. Designed to enable individuals with disabilities to sell products independently, Trove was built with accessibility at its foundation. This reflects how technology, when built with intent, can support inclusion, independence, and dignity.
Our ability to deliver and build responsibly was strengthened through partnerships. We are now an AWS Advanced Tier Partner and an Adobe Bronze Partner.
We hosted a Qlik knowledge session with industry leaders and product experts, focusing on Talend adoption, cloud deployments, and upcoming platform capabilities. The discussions centered on practical implementation, project readiness, and architectural guidance.
We participated in Qlik Connect 2025 and engaged with peers and partners on real-world data and platform challenges.
Together, these efforts reflect the impact of combining delivery, inclusion, partnerships, and presence into work that is meaningful and lasting.
Team Motivation & Culture Highlights
Behind every outcome were the people who made it possible. Progress was driven by close collaboration between our internal team and trusted partners, who worked together with shared responsibility.
Learning happened naturally through day-to-day work, supported by certifications, internal conversations, and expert-led sessions. Team members not only earned professional certifications but also deepened their expertise in advanced, platform-specific capabilities. These experiences strengthened skills while nurturing a culture where learning is continuous, collaborative, and shared across the organization.
We celebrated individuals and teams who demonstrated ownership, collaboration, and care, not just results by recognizing them through Spot Awards, Star Performer recognitions, and Shoutout Awards.
Beyond work, we also focused on building connections and celebrating together. Team outings, cultural celebrations, and small get-togethers throughout the year brought our people together, strengthened bonds, and helped us recharge. From festive celebrations to informal team lunches and offsite gatherings, these moments enhanced our people-first culture and the importance of belonging.
Open conversations, mentorship, and trust continued to define our culture. We created an environment where people feel supported, heard, and confident in doing their best work alongside clients and partners.
Vision & Roadmap for 2026
2026 is about building on the trust, learnings, and foundations of 2025 while moving ahead with clarity and purpose. We continue to reflect on our commitment to deliver practical, reliable solutions which meet evolving needs across industries.
Our focus will be on strengthening our teams through targeted hiring across key areas such as Java, ETL, AI, data engineering, .NET, cloud platforms, and low-code/no-code development. Structured upskilling and certifications will ensure our people are equipped to handle complex challenges while sustaining the culture of continuous learning that defines JRD.
The essential part is nurturing the connections and morale that make our teams strong. In 2026, team parties, cultural celebrations, and informal get-togethers will continue to bring our people together, reinforcing collaboration, belonging, and shared energy across locations.
By combining the focus on people, multiple projects, and delivery excellence, our roadmap for 2026 aims to create sustainable impact, deepen client trust, and strengthen JRD’s position as a dependable and forward-looking partner, who can overcome challenges while growing responsibly and inclusively.
CEO’s Reflection
When I look back at 2025, I see it as a year which is defined by collaborations, responsibility, and progress. It was more about building the right structure so that our teams can deliver solutions with confidence and our client could rely on us consistently.
Over the years, what has mattered to me the most is “TRUST”. Trust, which is built through lasting partnerships, honest conversations, and being present when required. Many of our client relationships have been built over years, even decades, and those connections continue to guide how we show up as partners.
My focus remained on creating an environment where our teams feel supported, heard, and empowered. At JRD, we have always worked on being accessible to our employees. Anyone in the organization can reach out, share ideas, or ask for guidance. Preserving this openness while strengthening governance and delivery frameworks was a key priority this year.
We continue to bring more structure and clarity into how we operate, without losing human values which define us. This balance allows us to grow responsibly, stay aligned, and deliver results.
As we move into 2026, my commitment remains the same: Nurture relationships, care for our people, and guide the organization with clarity and integrity.
