Drew Satterley is the Sales Director at JRD Systems. He started in the industry in 2011 recruiting java developers for Ford Motor company. He quickly learned the recruiting, moved into account management, supporting healthcare customers within the IT space, and eventually moved into a leadership role managing teams of up to 20 people. Drew consistently delivers top quality to his customers; he has a knack for developing key relationships with customers, understanding their needs and coming up with solutions. Drew’s experience has taught him to collaborate with the people around you, focus on the end goal, and put in the hard work. “I believe nearly all people can be successful following those three ideas.”

Aside from work, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicki, son, Roman and daughter, Sophia, cooking, entertaining family and friends, and golf. Drew spent 4 years playing NCAA hockey at Adrian College, winning 4 conference championships and he made it as far as the NCAA National Championship game his senior year. When asked what his favorite quote is, he says, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take” – Wayne Gretzky.
