InnoServ is a chemical and equipment solutions service provider company that helps businesses improve their operational efficiency using high-quality products and services. It was founded in 2021, since then the company has focused on providing smart solutions for environmental cleanliness and beverage service needs. As Innoserv grows and expands its market presence in Canada, it would require tools that ensure product availability, dynamic pricing updates, and an improved sales process for Business Development Specialists.

Scope of Work

Earlier BDS depended on Google sheets with manual maintaining data for preparing product proposals for customers. This approach needed frequent manual updates and mobile accessibility was absent. The new Appian-based system was developed to:

  • Allowing BDS to filter and select products available in the respective regions ( like the US or Canada)
  • Generating structured PDF proposals, leasing details and automatically embedding pricing.
  • It provides a centralized data source, letting new product additions and pricing updates be reflected immediately.
  • Improving mobile usability and making the tool accessible from any device.
